Anahatha Weekend Retreats       

The Anahatha Weekend Retreat is weekend for you, starting Friday at 2.30 pm until Sunday at 2.30 pm, set in the serene and tranquil Kayser Ridge Retreat & Learning Center.

  • A small group setting, comfortable accomodations, healthy, hearty, freshly prepared vegetarian food for you. All you need to do is relax into your deeper inner place.
  •  The weekend is a no technology retreat. An emergency phone number is available if your family or a close one needs to reach you.
  • On Sunday we drive you down to the Roman Baths in downtown Berkeley Springs for a meditative experience.
  • During the weekend retreat you will experience a myriad of different meditation styles. Some silent, some sitting or walking and others with dynamic movement and dance.

Anahatha Mini-Retreats   

The Anahatha Mini-Retreat is a one-day retreat (about 6 hours). In this retreat, we create a safe and sacred space for the participants to get centered and connected with their inner voice. We experience different individual and group exercises and meditations. The goal of the one-day retreat is to help you get reconnected, recommitted and recharged for your journey. The next Anahatha Mini-Retreat is coming in February, get ready to experience the Heart Energy!


Anahatha Power of a Pause

The Anahatha Power of a Pause is a 3 hour interactive workshop. In this workshop the participants will experience different meditative techniques to help find their center and inner peace. In this half day workshop participants will leave with a deeper connection with the self and heightened awareness on many levels.
